These are the terms of the NITNI offer at nitni.site. We wrote them the way we write everything: so you can actually read them.

What you are buying

NITNI builds and runs a website for your trade business. The deal includes your website, a .com bought and registered in your name, a work email at that .com that lands in the inbox you already read, a print-ready business card design, and a contact form that sends the job straight to you.

We aim to have your site live within 72 hours of you finishing the questions, and we tell you the moment it is up.

What it costs

Nothing today. Your first 60 days are free. After that it is $49 a month. That is the whole bill: no setup fee, no hosting fee on top, no surprise line items.

Changes to your site are included. Tell us what to change and we change it, at no extra cost.

Billing, and how you stop

Billing runs through PayPal as a subscription. Your first charge happens only after the 60 free days end, and PayPal shows you the date before you agree. We never see your card number.

You can cancel at any time, and there is no cancellation fee and no contract holding you. Two ways to do it: open your PayPal account, go to Automatic Payments, and cancel NITNI there. Or email [email protected] and we cancel it for you. If you cancel during the free 60 days, you never pay anything.

What happens if you leave

Your website comes down. Your .com stays yours, because it was registered in your name from day one, and we help you point it wherever you want next. We do not hold your domain hostage, ever.

Your content and ours

The words, photos and logo you give us stay yours. You give us permission to put them on your site and nothing more. The code and design work we do stays ours, but everything registered in your name is yours to keep.

Do not ask us to publish anything illegal, anything you do not have the right to use, or claims about your business that are not true. We will say no.

What we promise, and what we do not

We promise the work: a real site, built properly, live fast, kept running, and changed when you ask. We do not promise search rankings, phone calls, or jobs. Nobody can promise you those, and anybody who does is selling you something.

If something goes wrong

If we break something, tell us and we fix it. If a problem we caused costs you money, the most we owe you is what you paid us in the 12 months before it happened. We are not on the hook for indirect losses like missed jobs. Nothing on this page takes away rights that the law where you live says you always have.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we update this page and change the date at the top before the change applies to you.
